Fortune 500 lowest Black CEO 500 of the 21rst Century

According to @black500leaders #black500leaders Black executive leadership in Fortune 500 companies has fell to its lowest sum in three decades after the inauguration of President Donald Trump. In 2019 just (3) Black CEO’s occupy offices in Fortune 500 companies. Marvin Ellison CEO of Lowes, Roger Ferguson CEO of Teacher Insurance and Annuity Association (TIAA), and Kenneth Frazier are the remaining Black CEO’s for Fortune 500 companies. The rate of Black CEO’s has sharply declined after 2016. What does this mean? Black leaders have partnered (1) intellectual property, (2) social influence (3) business strategy for the deal in sustaining capital for the American financial system since the conception of modern capitalism. Where does tokenism place Blacks in society (a) into a crowded middle class (b) in organizational chaos (3) under the glass ceiling. Some argue the reason why there is a shortage of Black CEO's in Fortune 500 is because more Black leaders are selecting entrepreneurial and business owner professions. Further, research is needed to support either claim concerning the interest of the Black leader whether deterrent from tokenism or ambition for proprietorship.
